Not every website needs three months. For focused projects — a launch site, a portfolio, a refreshed marketing site — I work in a two-week sprint. The short timeline only works because every day has a clear purpose.

Days 1–2: Content and structure

We agree the pages, the sections on each page and the main message. I write a rough content plan so design starts from real words, not lorem ipsum.

Days 3–6: Design direction

I design the homepage first, because it sets the type, colour, grid and motion for everything else. One round of focused feedback, then the direction is locked.

Days 7–11: Build in Framer

The remaining pages are designed directly in Framer, with components and CMS collections set up as I go. You get a live preview link and can comment on real pages, on your own phone.

Reviewing a real website is faster than reviewing pictures of one.

Days 12–14: Polish and launch

Responsive checks, SEO settings, page speed, forms and analytics. Then we connect the domain and publish together.

What makes it work

Fast decisions. A single point of contact on your side and feedback within a day keeps the sprint on track.

I read every brief myself and reply within one working day — usually much sooner.
