If I’m fully booked, I’ll say so upfront and give you an estimated start date. No ghosting, no vague promises.

The practical things people ask before sending a brief.

Do you write the copy, or do I provide it?
Either works. Send me your own content, or I’ll shape the copy with you — clear, on-brand and written with search in mind.

Can I see the design before you build it?
Always. Nothing gets built until you’ve reviewed and approved the full design for desktop and mobile.

How soon can we start?
Usually within two to three weeks. If I’m booked out, I’ll tell you straight away and hold a start date for you.

What happens after launch?
I don’t disappear. You get a recorded walkthrough, 30 days of fixes and the option of ongoing care as your site grows.

What if I’m not happy with the result?
We work in clear milestones — structure, design, build — and each one needs your sign-off, so there are no surprises at the end.
I read every brief myself and reply within one working day — usually much sooner.
