Intro
A warm, image-led launch for a skincare label built around slow daily rituals.
Halcyon makes a small range of skincare designed to be used slowly, morning and night. The founders had a strong visual identity but no website, and a launch date six weeks away.
I built a calm, image-led site that introduces the ritual first and the products second, with clear paths to the shop and a tone that matches the packaging.

Challenge
Launching a premium brand in six weeks without it feeling rushed or generic.
The timeline left no room for a long discovery phase, and the brand needed to feel considered from day one. Most skincare sites lean on discounts and pop-ups — Halcyon wanted the opposite.
The challenge was to make a short project feel slow and deliberate, while still giving the team a site that sells.

Solution
A ritual-first story, a focused product template and a shop flow without distractions.
I structured the homepage around the morning and evening ritual, with each step linking to the product behind it. Product pages use a single, focused template with ingredients, texture and how-to in one place.
Soft motion, warm photography and plenty of space carry the brand, while a lean component system keeps the build quick to edit.

A launch that felt as calm as the products — and sold out the first batch.
Halcyon launched on schedule, and the first production run sold out within three weeks. The team now updates products, stories and stockists themselves, with no developer in the loop.
