These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and of the Samir Framer template. By visiting this site, or by remixing, editing or publishing the template, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the template.
1. Definitions
“Template” means the Samir Framer project, including its layouts, components, code components, styles, animations and placeholder content.
“Official remix link” means the remix or purchase link we publish for the Template, such as our Framer Marketplace listing.
“You” means the person or organisation using the site or the Template.
2. Licence to use the Template
When you obtain the Template through the official remix link, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it to build and publish websites for yourself or for your clients. The licence is granted to you, not to the people you share files with.
3. Official remix link only
The official remix link is the only authorised way to obtain the Template. A copy obtained from any other source, including a duplicate made by another user, is not licensed and may not be used or published.
4. Framer plan required
The Template runs on Framer. To publish a website built with it you must hold an active paid Framer plan in your own Framer account, and you must comply with Framer’s own terms of service. Our licence does not include a Framer subscription and does not replace one.
5. What you may not do
Re-remix, duplicate or share the Template, or its remix link, with anyone who has not obtained it through the official remix link.
Resell, sublicense, redistribute or give away the Template, in full or in part, whether free or paid.
Upload the Template, or a modified version presented as a template, to any marketplace, template gallery or file-sharing service.
Publish a site built with the Template without an active paid Framer plan.
Remove or misrepresent our authorship, or offer the Template as your own product.
We do not grant any open or public licence to the Template. Any right not expressly granted in these terms is reserved.
6. Demo content
Names, projects, testimonials, statistics and images shown in the Template are placeholders for demonstration only. Replace them with your own content before publishing. Third-party images remain subject to their own licences and are not licensed for redistribution as part of the Template.
7. Intellectual property
The Template’s design, structure, code components and original content are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright. Content you add to your own site remains yours.
8. Ending the licence
Your licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. When it ends, you must stop using the Template and delete any copies, and we may ask Framer to remove unauthorised copies or published sites.
9. No warranty
The site and the Template are provided “as is”. We work to keep them reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the Template. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Template.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version will always be published on this page with its “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
