How this site handles your information, and how the Samir template may be used.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website or contact us, how it is used, and the choices you have. It also sets out how the Samir Framer template shown on this site may be obtained and used.
1. Who we are
This website is the demo site for the Samir portfolio template, built and published with Framer. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the creator of the template and the operator of this website. You can reach us at hello@samir.studio.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, project type and message when you submit the contact form.
Usage information: anonymous page views, referring pages, device type and approximate region, collected through Framer’s built-in analytics.
Technical information: standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting and content delivery providers to deliver and secure the site.
3. How we use your information
To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project.
To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
To enforce the template licence described below.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Framer’s privacy-friendly analytics, which measure visits without advertising cookies. Essential technical storage may be used to make the site work, for example to remember interface state. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
5. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of providers to run this site. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service:
Framer — website hosting, form handling and analytics.
jsDelivr — delivery of the open-source smooth-scrolling script used on this site.
Unsplash — some demo images are served from Unsplash’s image service.
6. How long we keep data
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any legal record-keeping period. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to how it is processed. To make a request, email hello@samir.studio and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Template licence and remixing
The Samir template is a commercial Framer template. It is not open source and it is not licensed for free redistribution.
The template may only be obtained through our official remix link. Copies obtained any other way are unlicensed.
Do not re-remix, duplicate or share the project, or its remix link, with anyone who has not obtained the template through the official link.
Publishing a site built with the template requires an active paid Framer plan in your own Framer account.
Reselling, redistributing, giving away or re-uploading the template, in full or in part, to any marketplace or file-sharing service is not permitted.
If you remixed this template for your own website, this policy covers only this demo site. You are responsible for writing a privacy policy that reflects how your own site collects and uses data. The full licence terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its “Last updated” date.
